I had a pleasant stay at hotel Bystricka. The entire place was impeccably clean and my experience with the staff, especially with Jan Bugala at the reception, was truly delightful. He went above and beyond to help us with all our requests; however, I did encounter some issues with the bathroom faucet during a later visit that left a bit to be desired.
